Setting ticket

Only Admins and Owner have permission to customize tickets.

Select “Tickets” in the Menu and proceed with customization settings.

(1) Comments: Customizations related to ticket response

(2) Tags: Select to display the tags field in the ticket

(3) Assignment: Customizations related to assigning agents/groups

(4) Voice: Customize who can listen to the recorded file

(5) Requesters: Customize whether the requester can be changed

(6) Suspended ticket notification: Customizations related to ticket delay notifications
