Setting Agent

Management level and above can modify User Agent

(1) Signature: set up a signature

(2) Ticket deletion: Enable this option to allow agents to delete tickets. If unchecked, only admins or higher roles can delete tickets.

(3) Only view own tickets: Agents or supervisors can only view requests assigned directly to them or their team.

(4) Only view own uers: Agents or supervisors can only see requesters assigned directly to them or their team.
