You can import tickets in bulk using an Excel or CSV file. The file must include columns: Subject, Description, Requester Name, Requester Email/Phone. You can also add custom fields using column names like “cs.field_key”.
Go to Menu > Import ticket, upload the file, then click Import.

Note:
- The column cs.multi_dropdown.multi refers to a custom field in the ticket with the field key “multi_dropdown.multi”, which is a multi-dropdown type.
- Each import is limited to a maximum of 30,000 rows. If your file has more, please split it into smaller files.
