How to Add a Macro

Macros allow users to perform repetitive tasks more efficiently, reducing input time, selecting values in input fields faster, and enabling staff to process tasks more quickly and accurately.

To create a Macro, follow these steps: Go to Menu/ Macros/ Add Macro.

(1) Enter the Macro name.

(2) Set actions: Create automated actions to help staff execute tasks quickly.

(3) Use Placeholder Codes: Insert dynamic data from requests (e.g., customer name, customer ID, email, request link) into the action content. Click “View available Placeholders” to explore available options.

(4) Available for: Assign permissions to authorized users: All agents, Agent in group, Me only

Note: If the Macro creator have agent role, they can only assign usage rights to themselves.
