Fab: Quickly Handle Requests from Product Comments

To open the Product Comments Management interface: Move your cursor to the (+) icon at the bottom right of the screen. The icon will change to a pencil, revealing additional function icons. Select the “Product Comments” icon (highlighted in a red box) as shown in the image below.

Next, you’ll see the comment management interface with website comments, pending approvals, approved comments, and comments converted into requests.

(1) Filter box: Filter comments by website URL.

(2) Website URL list: Displays articles with customer comments.

(3) Waiting for approval: Contains comments awaiting moderation; approved comments will be visible on the website.

 

  • (a) Moderation
  • (b) Edit comment
  • (c) Delete comment

(4) Approved: This section includes comments that have been approved for display on the website but have not yet been converted into tickets in IZIHelp.

  • (a) Click to create a ticket.
  • (b) Click to reply to the comment.
  • (c) Edit the customer’s comment.
  • (d) Delete the comment.

(5) Created Requests: This section includes comments that have been converted into requests in IZIHelp.

  • (a) Click to view the request.
  • (b) Click to reply to the comment.
  • (c) Click to edit the comment.
  • (d) Click to delete the comment.
  • (e) Click to view more replies in the comment.
