The detailed report will be exported as an Excel file. To view and export the report data, follow these steps:
Go to Menu/ Report/ Insights/ Click on the report name you want to view and export.
(1) Export Data: Export raw ticket data, with a maximum of 20 data columns.
After clicking “Export Data,” go to Menu > Ticket Management > Download Export to save the file to your computer.
(2) Save: Save the report, including the data table and charts, as an Excel file.
