WhatsApp-Template Messages application is used to send pre-installed message templates in the WhatsApp Business channel in Meta

Install applicationWhatsApp-Template Messages

Go to Menu/ Marketplace/ WhatsApp-Template Messages

Select Enable role restrictions to use the app. If you do not decentralize, do not select. Click Save to complete the installation.

How to use WhatsApp- Message Templates

Open a ticket from WhatsApp channel/ Select Apps/ whatsapp-template

Select/ Find the name of the template you have set up to send out. Templates in the app are template installed and authenticated in WhatsApp Business in Meta. Messages that are not supported to be sent from the system will be displayed in red

Each template includes:

(1) Name of template

(2) Template content

(3) Send template button, if the template is not supported and sent from the system, this button will not be displayed but only “Template not supported”

Uninstall Application WhatsApp Msg Template

When you do not need to use it, you can Inactive or Delete the application

Go to Menu/ My installed apps/ whatsapp-template/ Select Disable or Delete

(1) Update app: The Update button only appears when the app has a new version, after updating, this button will no longer appear

(2) Disable

(3) Delete
