The Ticket Listing application is used to retrieve all requests from a requester.
1. Install the Ticket Listing application
Go to Menu/ Marketplace/ Ticket Listing → Install
Select permission settings for the application if needed. If no permissions are required, you can skip this step. Click Save to complete the installation.
2. Using the Ticket Listing Application
When handling a requester’s ticket, you may need to check if they have any other tickets in the system. The Ticket Listing application helps you quickly retrieve this information.
For example, the image below demonstrates using Ticket Listing to fetch all tickets from the requester “+84937224374”.
How to Use:
- Select a specific customer (cannot be left blank).
- Go to the Applications section.
- Select Ticket Listing.
- Click Refresh to load or update the data.
Once the application displays the results, you can click on any request to view its details.
3. Uninstall the Ticket Listing Application
If you no longer need the application, you can disable or remove it by navigating to:
Menu → Installed Applications → Disable or Delete
Options:
(1) Disable (Turn off the application without removing it).
(2) Delete (Completely remove the application from the system).
