The Related Requests application is used to quickly view all related requests of the current ticket.

Installing the Related Requests Application

Go to Menu/  Marketplace/ App Related Tickets.

Select (1) to enable permission settings for the app. If no permission settings are needed, leave it unchecked. Click Save to complete the installation.

Use the Related Tickets app:

Open a tiket → Select Apps → Choose App Related Tickets.

(1) Open app

(2) The parent ticket is marked with a blue icon (its color may change based on the system settings in Account).

(3) Sub-requests at the same level as the current request.

Uninstall the Related Requests app

If you no longer need the app, you can disable or remove it.

Go to Menu > My Installed Apps > IZI_children_ticket > Disable or Delete.
