App Quick Update

The Quick Update application allows you to update multiple tickets at once without repetitive actions, saving time and effort.

1. Installing the Quick Update Application

To install the application, navigate to:
Menu/ Marketplace/ Quick Update

(1) Select to enable user permissions for the application. If no permissions are needed, leave it unchecked. Click Save to complete the installation.

Using the Quick Update App

After installing the app, go to Menu/ Quick Update to start updating tickets efficiently.

(1) Filter tickets within the app: Filter by date, group, assignee, status, etc., based on your needs.

(2) Select tickets that need updating.

(3) Assign a handler for the selected tickets.

(4) Choose a new ticket status (optional).

(5) Enter update content (optional).

(6) Execute the update to apply changes.

(7) Refresh the list to see the latest ticket information.

3. Uninstall the Quick Update Application

If you no longer need the application, you can disable or remove it by navigating to:

Menu → Installed Applications → Disable or Delete

Options:
  1. Disable (Turn off the application without removing it).

  2. Delete (Completely remove the application from the system).
