Zalo OA (Zalo Official Account) is the official business page of a company, brand, organization, or community on Zalo.
IZIHelp is an omnichannel customer support software that allows multiple Zalo Pages to be integrated simultaneously. All messages from Zalo Pages will be automatically converted into tickets in IZIHelp, enabling staff to efficiently handle and interact with customers.
To add a Zalo OA, follow these steps:
1. Add Zalo OA
Go to Menu/ Channels/ Zalo OA/ Add page
2. Set Up Zalo Page
After successfully adding Zalo OA to the system, click on the “Edit” icon as shown below to configure the request creation function from the Zalo Page.
