Integrate WhatsApp Account with IZIHelp so that all customer chats with WhatsApp phone numbers will automatically create tickets in IZIHelp. From there, agents can respond to customers from IZIHelp without missing any chats; makes management, statistics, and work arrangement easy and effective.
To add a WhatsApp account to the system, follow these steps::
- Go to Menu/ Channels/ WhatsApp/ Add account
- Click Continue under the name to begin connecting IZIHelp to your business account on Meta
- Select Begin and follow these steps to allow IZIHelp to have access to your WhatsApp Business Account
- Case 1: If you do not have business information, you will have to create a new one by filling in the information in the displayed popup including Company’s name, Business email, Personal page or business website and Nation.
- Proceed to create a WhatsApp Business account
- Fill in the WhatsApp account registration information
- Fill in phone number information: The phone number must be a completely new number that has not used a WhatsApp account. In case the phone number has been registered to a WhatsApp account, the account needs to be deleted before integration.
- After entering the confirmation code sent to your phone number, select Continue/ Completed to connect to your WhatsApp account.
- Select Add to add a WhatsApp account to the system
- Case 2: If you already have a previously verified business name, you just need to select the existing Business profile and click Add at the verified phone number.
After successfully adding, messages to the WhatsApp channel will create a ticket, see for example a customer’s WhatsApp message ticket into the system. In the WhatsApp channel ticket, there will be an application to send message templates pre-installed in WhatsApp Business in Meta
