Add Facebook Profile for seeding

To keep a good image on your Facebook Page, use clone accounts to reply to complaints. This helps new visitors see positive interactions and trust your business more.

To add a personal Facebook account, there are 2 methods:

Method 1: Add from the main menu

With this method, all staff in the system can use the account to reply to customers.

Go to Menu/ Channels/ Facebook profile/ Add profile

(1) Enter your user name: This can be your email or phone number (same as when logging into Facebook domain).
(2) Enter the password

Method 2: Add a personal Facebook account from the logged-in user’s own account

With this method, only the person who added the Facebook account can use it to respond to customers. Other staff members won’t be able to see or use this account.

Log in to the system/ Click your avatar to edit personal info/ go to the “Profile” tab/ choose the “Facebook profile” menu.

(1) Enter your user name: This can be your email or phone number (same as when logging into Facebook domain).
(2) Enter the password
