Add account Tiktok

Integrate your TikTok page with IZIHelp so that all customer comments on your TikTok posts automatically create requests in IZIHelp. This allows staff to respond to comments directly from the system without missing any, making management, tracking, and task organization easier and more efficient.

To add a TikTok page to the system, follow these steps:

Go to Menu > Channels > TikTok > Add Page.

  • Select all access permissions for the TikTok page and click “Continue” to add the TikTok page to IZIHelp.

  • After adding the TikTok page to the system, all comments on TikTok will be fully converted into tickets in the system. Agent can respond to comments directly from IZIHelp. For example, a customer’s comment on TikTok will be created as a ticket in IZIHelp.

  • Alternatively, you can respond to TikTok comments using the FAB feature of IZIHelp.
